A new start-up is using biotechnology to eradicate the phone and using a ring to transfer sound vibrations.

THIS ARTICLE STATES, IN PART:

"Origami Labs, a tech startup, has unveiled a smart ring that can do the job of your phone, i.e. it will let you talk through your finger. Called the ORII, it utilises ‘bone conduction’ to send sound waves through the bones of your finger to your ear. In short, it utilises your body as a medium to transfer sound vibrations to your ear."
